Albert J. Bartolo passed away peacefully on Monday, October 31, 2011 at Bryn Mawr Hospital in Bryn Mawr, PA. He was 86. Mr. Bartolo was a resident of King of Prussia PA. He retired as a high-ranking government official, working out of Bayonne, NJ. He was a member of Mother of Divine Providence Church in King of Prussia, PA. Albert was an artist who loved shooting pool and playing match maker. His favorite hobby was helping elderly people fill out forms to help assist them in their lives. He had a special way with people and could light up a room with his personality. Albert will truly be missed by all. Mr. Bartolo was a US Army veteran of WW II.Born in the Bronx, NY on February 27, 1925, he was a son of the late Vincent and Rose (Bush) Bartolo. Surviving is his loving family including his wife of 62 years, Mary A. (LaGreca) Bartolo; two sons, Albert V. Bartolo and his wife, Dolores of Florida and Michael S. Bartolo and his wife, Rebecca of King of Prussia, PA; and five grandchildren: Nicholas, Matthew, Valerie, Giselle and Natasha Bartolo.He was preceded in death by 3 brothers: Nicholas, Anthony and Frederick; and 4 sisters: Emilia Betters, Julia Mannaseri, Agnes Laskowski and Clara Bartolo.Relatives & friends are invited to his Funeral Mass at Mother of Divine Providence Church, 333 Allendale Rd. King of Prussia, PA 19406 on Friday, November 4, 2011 at 10:30am. Albert's viewing will be on Friday morning from 9 to 10:20am, at the church. Officiating will be the Rev. Martin T. Cioppi, Pastor.
