Alexander James Burgess

Alexander “Alex” James Burgess passed away peacefully on September 27, 2024 at Lankenau Medical Center in Wynnewood, PA after a long struggle with heart complications. He was 39 years old. Alex was a resident of King of Prussia, PA and worked as a mechanic at Mastrocola Trucking, Inc. in King of Prussia up until November of 2023. Alex really had a passion for working on cars and engines. Growing up, he loved skateboarding with friends, dirt bike riding, and attending youth group with friends and neighbors. Alex was a free spirit and always did things with a kind heart.

Born in Bryn Mawr, PA on September 9, 1985, he was the son of Dolores M. (Houppert) Burgess and the late Donald E. Burgess, who passed away in 2023.

In addition to his mother, Alex is survived by his loving sister, Kelly Kasza (Michael); his two nieces, Kylie and Kelsey; as well as many other family members and friends.

Relatives and friends are invited to attend Alex’s viewing at The Bacchi Funeral Home & Crematory, 805 DeKalb St. Bridgeport, PA 19405 on Thursday, October 3, 2024 from 10-11am, with his service starting at 11:00am. Interment will be private for the family.
