Miss Arthur was born in Phila, PA on November 11, 1955, the daughter of the late William and Maria (Schepper) Arthur. She is the loving Mother of Charles McGroarty and Dear sister of Lei Lani Parry of Florida. Services Private and entrusted to Walter J. Meyers Funeral Home
