Anita Bonawitz

Anita (Anuzelli) Bonawitz passed away on Monday, January 2, 2023, at her residence in Bridgeport, PA. She was 59. Anita was a graduate of Perkiomen Valley High School, where she was a member on the baton team. She loved animals, especially cats. Anita was very family oriented. She was a devoted daughter and aunt and enjoyed spending time with family and friends, especially holiday gatherings.

Born in Norristown, PA on December 10, 1963, she was a daughter of the late Frank J. and Mary (Lannutti) Anuzelli. She is survived by her loving family including 2 brothers, Francis Anuzelli and his fiancé, Carolyn Gower and Joseph Anuzelli and his wife, Susan; a sister, Maria Kratz and her fiancé, Mike Layne; and many other loving family members and friends. She is preceded in death by a sister, Regina Jordan.

Relatives and friends are invited to Anita’s viewing at St. Eleanor Catholic Church, 647 Locust St., Collegeville, PA 19426 on Wednesday, January 11, 2023 from 10:00am to 10:50am, with her Funeral Mass starting at 11:00am. Interment will be in St. Patrick Cemetery, E. Norriton, PA.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in Anita’s memory to Montgomery Co. SPCA, 19 E. Ridge Pike, Conshohocken, PA 19428.
