Anita Jo David

Anita Jo (Gilham) David passed away peacefully on Monday, September 20, 2021 at Einstein Medical Center Montgomery in E. Norriton, PA. She was 82. Mrs. David was a resident of King of Prussia, PA. She worked as an administrative assistant for the Pennwalt Corp., which is now Atochem, for over 30 years. Anita was a member of the Gulph United Church of Christ in Gulph Mills. She was devoted to her church and family. She was such a positive person who was very generous and just a lovely woman. Anita loved all animals and enjoyed reading. She had a sense of humor like none other. Born in Indiana, PA on June 23, 1939, she was a daughter of the late Edward C. and Aileen (Fenton) Gilham; and the wife of the late Brooke H. David Sr. Surviving is a daughter, Jennifer A. Pletcher and her husband, Robert; a grandson, Brooke H. David; a brother, Daniel Gilham and his wife, Tonia. She was preceded in death by a son, Brooke David Jr. Relatives and friends are invited to Anita’s Memorial Service at the Bacchi Funeral Home & Crematory, Ltd., 805 DeKalb St., Bridgeport, PA 19405 on Monday, November 8, 2021 at 11:00 am. Interment will be private. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in Anita’s memory to the Francisvale Home for Smaller Animals, 328 Upper Gulph Road, Radnor, PA 19087.
