Ann M. Leahan

Ann M. (Matozzo) Leahan passed away peacefully on Tuesday, March 7, 2023 at Einstein Montgomery Medical Center in E. Norriton, PA. She was 88. Ann was a resident of King of Prussia, PA. She was a member of the former St. Augustine Church and a current member of Sacred Heart Church, both in Bridgeport, PA. Ann was very active in her church communities, as well as an active member in the Upper Merion Senior Center. She loved playing bingo and was in a bridge club.

Born in Port Kennedy, PA on October 6, 1934. She was a daughter of the late Francesco and Mary (Stagliano) Matozzo. Ann was the wife of the late Francis “Frank” J. Leahan, who passed in 1996. Surviving is her loving family including 2 sons and their spouses, Thomas J. Leahan (Dana) and James L. Leahan (Louisia); two grandchildren, Thomas J., Jr. and Nikolas F.; a sister, Theresa Dunn; as well as many nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by three brothers, Joe, Ted, and Francis and three sisters, Marion Baines, Grace Stauffer, and Angie Picarello.

Relatives and friends are invited to Ann’s viewing at Sacred Heart Church, 120 Jefferson St., Bridgeport, PA 19405 on Saturday, March 18, 2023 from 9:15-10:15 AM, with her Funeral Mass starting at 10:30 AM. Interment will be in St. Augustine Cemetery, King of Prussia, PA.
