Anna (Collins) Liotta

Anna (Collins) Liotta passed away peacefully on Friday, August 3, 2012 at Frederick Living in Frederick, PA. She was 95. Mrs. Liotta was a former resident of Bridgeport, King of Prussia and Norristown. She was a cafeteria worker for the Belmont School in King of Prussia, until her retirement in 1983. Anna was a member of St. Francis of Assisi Church in Norristown, PA. She was also a former member of Our Lady of Mount Carmel Church in Bridgeport, PA, where she was an annual feast worker and a member of the Mother's Club. Born in King of Prussia, PA on December 17, 1916, she was a daughter of the late Pasquale and Rose (DeFrancesco) Collins. She was the wife of the late Joseph Liotta, Jr., who died in 2004. Surviving is her loving family including two sons, Joseph Liotta, III and his wife, Donna, of Blue Bell, PA and Philip Liotta, Sr. of Blue Bell, PA; 3 grandchildren, Tammy, Joseph IV and Philip, Jr.; 6 great-grandchildren: Holly, Robert, Daniel, Joseph V, Anthony and Nicholas; and many nephews and nieces. She was preceded in death by 5 sisters: Marian, Mary, Josephine, Clara and Grace; and 3 brothers, Joseph, Anthony and Louis. Relatives and friends are invited to Anna's Prayer Service at The Bacchi Funeral Home and Crematory, Ltd., 805 DeKalb St. (Rt. 202) Bridgeport, PA 19405 on Tuesday, August 7, 2012 at 10:30am. Her viewing will be Tuesday morning from 9:30 to 10:20am, at the funeral home. Interment will be in St. Augustine Cemetery, King of Prussia, PA.
