Anne I. (Evanchick) Dunsmore

Anne I. (Evanchick) Dunsmore passed away suddenly on Wednesday, August 25, 2010, at her residence in W. Norriton, PA. She was 92. Mrs. Dunsmore worked as a Registered Nurse for the former Women's Medical Center in Philadelphia, PA and the Atlantic City Medical Center. Born in Dunlo, PA on September 22, 1917, she was a daughter of the late John and Jennie (Sterle) Evanchick. She was the wife of the late Ronald W. Dunsmore, who died in 1971. Surviving are her loving family including 8 step-grandchildren: Rosalind A. Kirk of Bridgeport, PA, Stephen A. Dunsmore and his wife, Elizabeth of Harleysville, PA, Kathy Dunsmore of Pottstown, PA, Douglas Dunsmore and his wife, Roxanne of Birdsboro, PA, Daniel Dunsmore and his wife, Theresa of Pottstown, PA, and Ashley Amoroso and her husband, Andrew, Allison Dunsmore and Meredith Dunsmore, all of Levittown, PA; many step-great-grandchildren; 2 step-daughters-in-law, Edith Pagliaro of Blue Bell, PA and Alice Dunsmore of Levittown, PA; 2 nieces, Janet Zibert and Mary Ann Janout. She was preceded in death by 2 step-sons, 1 step-grandson, 2 brothers and a sister. Relatives and friends are invited to her Prayer Service at The Bacchi Funeral Home & Crematory, Ltd., 805 DeKalb St. (Rt. 202) Bridgeport, PA 19405 on Saturday, August 28, 2010 at 10:30am. Friends may call Saturday morning from 9 to 10:20am, at the funeral home. Interment in George Washington Memorial Park, Plymouth Meeting.In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in Anne's memory to the American Cancer Society, 1626 Locust St., Philadelphia, PA 19103.
