Anne Mary Ricci

Anne Mary Ricci, 74, of Abington, PA passed away peacefully Friday, March 8th, 2024 surrounded by her family at her residence.

Born in Philadelphia, PA on December 10, 1949, Anne was the youngest daughter of the late Anna (Finley) and Joseph Gallagher. Anne dedicated her life to growing and educating young people, first with 1st graders of the Archdiocese of Philadelphia and then with her children and grandchildren. She loved spending time with her grandchildren and grandpups, documenting it all through scrapbooks.

Anne is survived by her beloved husband, Joseph; her children Sara, Kate, and Joe (Heather); her grandsons Alex and Jaxon; her sisters Alice Gallagher, SSJ and Kathleen Ricci; and many nieces and nephews. She joins her previously departed siblings: James (Bunny) Gallagher, Mary Jo (Paul) Maier, and David Ricci.

Relatives and friends are invited to her viewing from 9 AM to 10:15 AM on Wednesday, March 13th, 2024 at St. David Church 316 Easton Rd. in Willow Grove, PA 19090. A Funeral Mass will be celebrated at 10:30 AM. .Her interment will be at Holy Sepulchre Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Pulmonary Fibrosis Foundation.
