Anthony James Sandor, Sr.

Anthony James Sandor, Sr. passed away on Saturday, October 7, 2023 at King of Prussia Skilled Nursing and Rehab Center in King of Prussia, PA. He was 73. Anthony retired as a Transportation Manager for Coastal Cool Refrigerated Inc, in Jacksonville FL. He loved fishing, cooking, and watching football, especially the Philadelphia Eagles.

Born in Norristown, PA on October 11, 1949, he was a son of the late Catherine J. (Campbell) and Samuel P. Sandor, Sr.

Surviving is his loving family including his wife of 24 years, Greta (VanSciver) Sandor; 3 sons: Anthony, Joseph, and Lucas; 3 daughters, Christina, Kimberly, and Savannah; his grandchildren: Destinee, Dustin, Delaney, Reagan, Kennedy, Carter, Jacob, Nathan, Phoenix, Greyson, and one on the way; a brother, Ronnie Sandor; a sister, Kathleen Wynn; 3 sister-in-laws: Eileen Cook Sandor, Katrina VanSciver, and Dawn Sandor and many other family members and friends.

He is preceded in death by a brother, Samuel Sandor, Jr.

Funeral services are private at the request of the family.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in Anthony’s memory to the Alzheimer’s Association Delaware Valley Chapter, 399 Market St., #250, Philadelphia, PA 19106.
