Anthony Whitner, 62, of Philadelphia, PA passed away Thursday, April 23rd, at Mercy Philadelphia Hospital, Phila. He was the Loving husband of Patsy K. (Garnett) Whitner. Anthony was born in Phila, PA on November 24, 1952, a son of Willa Bell (Colquitt) and Lewis Whitner. He served in the U.S. Army. He worked as a counselor for the disabled at Mr. CPR for Life
