Arlene D. Osborne

Arlene D. (nee Davis) Osborne passed away peacefully on Thursday, December 19, 2024 at Normandy Farms Estates in Blue Bell, PA. She was 91. Mrs. Osborne was a former resident of King of Prussia, PA and a member of Valley Forge Presbyterian Church. She was a proud nurse, graduating with her nursing degree from Pennsylvania Hospital in Philadelphia and then working for Montgomery Hospital in Norristown for many years until her retirement. Arlene volunteered at Valley Forge National Historical Park for many years. One of her hobbies that she enjoyed was gardening. Above all, Arlene was a loving wife, mother, and grandmother and she adored spending time with her grandchildren and great grandchildren.

Born in Englewood, NJ in 1933, she was a daughter of the late Francis “Frank” and Emma (nee Anderson) Davis. She was also the beloved wife of Robert K. Osborne for 63 years before his passing in 2020.

Surviving is her loving family including her son, Robert A. Osborne and his wife, MaryAnn; daughter, Karen Brown and her husband, Mark Threatte; three grandchildren, Sean (Kara) Osborne, Nichole Brown (Cory Chalmers), and Jessica Brown; three great grandchildren, Madelynn, Sarah, and Noah; a sister, Margaret “Midge” Davis; as well as many extended family members and friends.

Arlene is preceded in death by her brother, Donald Davis.

Relatives and friends are invited to Arlene’s viewing at The Bacchi Funeral Home & Crematory, 805 DeKalb St. Bridgeport, PA 19405 on Friday, December 27, 2024 from 10am to 11am; with her Prayer Service beginning at 11am. Interment will be in Washington Memorial Chapel Churchyard, King of Prussia, PA.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Valley Forge Presbyterian Church at 191 Town Center Rd. King of Prussia, PA 19406.
