Arthur R. Hanrahan

Arthur R. Hanrahan age 92 of Wilmington DE passed away on Monday, November 7th 2022 at Wilmington Hospital. He was born on September 19th 1930 in Malverne Long Island NY to the late Aloysius and Isabelle Hanrahan. Art's wife Joan recently passed away on April 10th 2022.

Art is survived by a daughter, Betty Mulholland (Matt), a son, Richard Hanrahan; 3 grandchildren, Ashley Tusi (Jason), Chelsea Mulholland and Isabella Hanrahan; daughter in law, Martina Brennan, 4 great grandchildren, Dominick Tusi, Addison Tusi, Colson Tusi and Olivia Wersinger.

Art loved sports, especially baseball and excelled as a left handed pitcher. He served in the Army for 2 years and was proud to be a soldier. He was a graduate from St. Joseph's University and worked most of his life in Sales. He was married to his high school sweetheart Joan Capetta for 74 years and they lived a long and happy life together.

Family and friends are invited to attend a Memorial Mass at 11am Thursday, November 17, 2022 at Holy Child RC Church, 2500 Naamans Road, Wilmington, DE 19810.
