Barbara A. Carson

Barbara A. Carson, 81, of Bensalem, PA, passed away peacefully at home, surrounded by her loving family. Born on November 20, 1943, in Philadelphia, PA, Barbara was the cherished daughter of the late Ida Mae (Hudson) and Lester Tucker.

Barbara was the devoted wife of Robert M. Carson, with whom she shared a beautiful and simple life filled with continuous love and companionship. Every day together was a testament to their unwavering bond and affection for each other.

A loving and nurturing mother, Barbara is survived by her son, Michael Dewey. She was also a beloved sister to Carol Chafin and Robert Walsh.

Barbara's nurturing spirit, gentle kindness, and unwavering love were the cornerstones of her family's life. She leaves behind a legacy of love and cherished memories that will forever live in the hearts of those who knew her.

Barbara is now joyfully reunited with her beloved son, Joseph, and her precious daughter, Bonnie; as well as her brother William Cancel.

Family and friends are invited to Barbara's viewing on Thursday, January 23, 2025, from 9:00 am – 10:00 am at Hoffmann Meyers Givnish Funeral Home (1770 Brown Ave., Bensalem, PA 19020) followed by her memorial service starting at 10:00 am.

Her final resting place will be held at Washington Crossing National Cemetery in Newtown, PA.
