Barbara Klenk

Barbara Klenk (Barb) 76, born August 12, 1949, passed away peacefully surrounded by the love of her family on March 27, 2026. Barb was born in Wilmington, Delaware, to the late Millard F. Davis, Sr., and Irene Wansor Davis.

Barb enjoyed spending time with her children, nieces and nephews when they were young; going on camping trips and traveling for baseball tournaments. She successfully ran B-N-E City Subs for several years, her customers adored her. She was an avid NASCAR fan and enjoyed watching her sons play baseball during their adult years; family was important to her. She was loved by all that knew her.

She leaves behind a legacy of love through her son, Billy Fowler (Sherry), her brother Millard F. Davis Jr., her sister Doris Brown, as well as two grandchildren and four great‑grandchildren, several nieces and nephews, who carry her spirit forward. Though she now reunites with her parents and her siblings—John M. Davis, Bonnie Carter, Earl B. Davis Sr., Charles J. Davis, Irene Hershberger (Fran), and Jackie Davis as well as her sons David Fowler and Shawn Klenk (Stacy)—their memories together remain a source of strength and inspiration.

Her journey reminds us of the power of family, resilience, and the lasting impact one life can have on so many others. A private Celebration of Life will be held, honoring not just her passing, but the beautiful story she wrote through the people she loved and the lives she touched.
