Barbara J. Miller

Barbara J. “Barb” (Beck) Miller passed away suddenly on Wednesday, September 13, 2017, at Einstein Medical Center Montgomery in E. Norriton, PA. She was 76. Mrs. Miller was a resident of Eagleville, PA. She worked as a clerk at the Montgomery County Courthouse in Voter Registration for over 20 years. She was a member of Norriton Presbyterian Church in Norristown, PA. Barb was also a member of the Jaycettes and she enjoyed painting ceramics, reading, and spending time with her family. Born in Norristown, PA on September 8, 1941, she was a daughter of the late Frank and Margaret (Robertson) Beck. Surviving is her loving family including her husband of 40 years, Thomas R. Miller; 3 daughters: Sherrie (James) Bard of Harleysville, PA, Deborah (Brian) Yakscoe of Birdsboro, PA and Margaret (Spyro) Alexopoulos of Riverside, CT; 8 grandchildren: Andrew and Jessica Bard, Torie (Colin) Macdonald, Kaitlyn Yakscoe Davis, Kyle Yakscoe, Sophia, George and Thomas Alexopoulos; 2 great-grandchildren, Bryn Davis and Bryan Yakscoe; a brother, Frank Beck; and many other loving family members. Barb’s Funeral Service will be held at The Bacchi Funeral Home & Crematory, Ltd., 805 DeKalb St. (Rt. 202), Bridgeport, PA on Monday, September 18, 2017 at 12 noon. The family will receive relatives and friends on Monday from 11 to 11:50 am, at the funeral home. Interment will be in Valley Forge Memorial Gardens, King of Prussia.
