Barbara B. Schneider

Barbara B. (Binkle) Schneider passed away on Saturday, December 20, 2025 at Paoli Hospital in Paoli, PA. She was 89 years old. Barbara was a resident of King of Prussia, PA and a devoted member of the Good Shepherd Lutheran Church, where she specifically enjoyed participating in the Hearts and Hand Group. She attended Manheim Township High School in Lancaster, PA and after graduation received a Registered Nurse license from Lankenau Hospital School of Nursing, where she worked in the OB/GYN department for 30 years before her retirement in 2002. Barbara had many hobbies, including sewing, knitting, cooking, and baking. She also thoroughly enjoyed participating in the antique car clubs with her husband, Al. They were involved with the North Penn Model A Club and the Antique Automobile Clubs of America, Valley Forge Chapter, with whom together they experienced many road trips, parades, and car shows over the years. They also took many trips with the Elder Hostel Tours, allowing them the opportunity to see many places throughout the United States.

Born in Lancaster, PA on April 9, 1936, she was a daughter of the late Margaret Catherine (Dickle) and Harry Martin Binkle, Jr. She was the loving wife of Alfred “Al” Clemond Schneider, Jr., who passed away in 2023.

Barbara is survived by two sons, Alfred C. Schneider, III of Norristown, PA and James M. Schneider (Alicia) of Wilmington, CA; a daughter, Margaret B. Schneider Culp (David) of Schwenksville, PA; six grandchildren, Jedidiah, Nathan, and Joshua Stalker, Caitlyn Schneider, Lauren Gonzalez, and Samantha Culp; eight great grandchildren, Beatrice, Lucy, Jane, Malachi, Eleanor, Adrianna, Liam, and Noah; her sister, Margaret Dickle Binkle Atkins (Thomas); as well as many other extended family members and friends.

The family will receive relatives and friends at the Good Shepherd Lutheran Church, 132 E. Valley Forge Rd. King of Prussia, PA on Saturday, January 10, 2026 from 9:30am to 10:30am. Funeral service will begin at 10:30am. Interment will be private.
