Bertha E. Ferris

Ferris Bertha E. (nee Thompson) April 29, 2014, at age 91, formerly of Philadelphia.  Beloved wife of the late George A. Ferris.  Loving Mother of Helen Mead, Alma Nowmos (John) and the late Linda DeSimone.  Devoted Grandmother of Jennifer Burke (Tim), Kristin Jaffe (Todd), Mark Nowmos, Jeffrey Nowmos (Christine), Tina Palma (Joe), Jeanine Passaretti, Andrea Riley (Tom), and Michelle Klein (Jeff).  Also survived by 14 great grandchildren. Relatives and Friends are invited to her viewing Tuesday May 6, 2014, from 10-11 AM and Religious Service at 11 AM at the Szpindor-Meyers Funeral Home, 101 North Park Ave. Trooper, PA 19403.  Interment in Hillside Cemetery in Roslyn, PA.  In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Trinity Lutheran Church, PO Box 340, Fairview Village, PA 19409.   Condolences www.MeyersFH.com.
