Betty Stokes, 95, of Roslyn, PA passed away Sunday, May 17th, at Brookside Nursing Home, Roslyn, PA. Betty was born in Jenkintown, PA on September 16, 1924, a daughter of the late Bessie (Gordon) and Harold S. Stokes. A lifelong resident of Jenkintown, Betty was a graduate of Jenkintown High School. She was a former member of Grace Presbyterian Church in Jenkintown. Betty was employed by the Asplundh Tree Expert Co for more than 48 years at both their Jenkintown and Willow Grove locations. Private services will be held graveside at Sunset Memorial Park.
