Brian Joseph Corbett, age 34, of Cheltenham, PA passed suddenly on April 24, 2022. Brian was born on February 24, 1988 to Linda M. (Keyes) and Paul M. Corbett. After graduating from Cardinal Dougherty High School he joined the Marine Corps in 2007. Brian was a Recon Marine Sergeant who served bravely in Afghanistan. He was also a member of the Plumber’s Union Local 690. Brian is survived by his loving parents, Linda and Paul Corbett, his grandmother, Ruth Corbett and his 9 siblings, Patrick (Christina), Kate (Matthew), Paul (Jackie), Mary (Scott), Pete, Frank, Tim, Clare, and Joe. Brian was loved by 11 nieces and nephews, who will never forget his piggy back rides, wrestling matches, and candy filled birthday gifts. He also leaves behind dozens of aunts, uncles, cousins, and countless friends who will miss him dearly. He will be remembered by his friends and family as a kind, fun-loving man who was always willing to lend a hand. Relatives and friends are invited to his visitation Thursday, April 28th from 6 to 8 pm at the Walter J. Meyers Funeral Home, 507 West Ave. Jenkintown, PA. A second visitation will be held Friday, April 29th from 9 to 11:15 am followed by his funeral mass at 11:30 am at Presentation BVM Church, 100 Old Soldiers Rd., Cheltenham, PA. His interment will be held at Our Lady of Grace Cemetery, Langhorne, PA. In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to Semper Fi & America’s Fund at www.thefund.org.
