Carmen George Anthony Scalfaro, Jr., of Warminster, passed away surrounded by his family on February 17, 2025. He was the beloved husband of Lisa Scalfaro with whom he shared 36 years of marriage. Carmen was born in Abington, PA, the son of the late Marie and Carmen Anthony George Scalfaro. He was preceded in death by his parents and nephew Tommy Scalfaro.

Carmen is survived by his wife Lisa Scalfaro, mother of his first four children and ex-wife Patricia McGrath, and thirteen children, Carmen and Jodie Scalfaro, Daniel Scalfaro, Lisa Scalfaro, Joe and Melinda Scalfaro, Amanda and Bobby Moeser, Jacquelyn and Stuart Benton, Angelo Scalfaro and Amber Bogart, Maria and Kevin Godfrey, Antonio and Leah Scalfaro, Giovanni Scalfaro and Etana Cheskis, Giorgio Scalfaro, Matteo Scalfaro and Jaclyn Ananikyan, and Gabriella Scalfaro. He is also survived by twenty-four grandchildren, Zachary Scalfaro, Olivia Scalfaro, Emma Scalfaro, Isabelle Scalfaro, Blaze Scalfaro, Ava Moeser, Sophia Scalfaro, Lily Moeser, Aubrianna Scalfaro, Evelyn Scalfaro, Noah Bachurski, Isla Moeser, Stone Scalfaro, Ireland Godfrey, Delilah Scalfaro, Giuliano Scalfaro, Bobby Moeser III, Nico Scalfaro, Jolene Benton, Stella Benton, Murphy Godfrey, Theodore Scalfaro, Rayn Scalfaro and Finley Godfrey. Carmen is also survived by many beloved nieces and nephews.

Carmen graduated from Hatboro-Horsham High School and Eastern Montgomery County Technical Institute in 1975. He started his career in furniture making and then transitioned to a successful career in custom carpentry and home renovations through his own business, C. Scalfaro Construction and Remodeling. He poured his heart into his work and even inspired three of his sons to follow in his footsteps in carpentry. Carmen was a man of the utmost Catholic faith, constantly devoting his time to prayer, service, and time to the Catholic Church and, more specifically, the Nativity of Our Lord Parish. Carmen was also an avid Philadelphia sports fan, always cheering on the Phillies, Eagles, Sixers, and Flyers and, of course, booing them accordingly. He also loved a good casino night and particularly enjoyed playing poker with friends, family or anyone he thought would put up a good game. He enjoyed a lot of things but above all else, found pure joy in every moment spent with his wife, siblings, children, and grandchildren, always gravitating toward the warmth of family. And when it came to Sunday, you could always count on two things, for him to attend mass in the morning and for him to be at the table at night, enjoying an Italian dinner surrounded by the people he loved most.

Relatives and friends will be received by his family on Thursday, February 27th from 6 PM to 8 PM at Nativity of Our Lord Church 605 W. Street Rd. Warminster, PA 18974 and again on Friday, February 28th from 9 AM to 10:45 AM with a full Catholic service following at 11 AM. His interment will follow in St. John Neumann Cemetery in Chalfont.
