Carol Noel Dzuryachko

Carol Noel (McNamara) Dzuryachko, wife of Andrew “Mutz” Dzuryachko lll of Ponchatoula, LA, formerly of Mont Clare, PA died peacefully at home surrounded by her family on Wednesday, November 13, 2019, at the age of 74. Born under the Bethlehem Star on December 25, 1944, she was the daughter of Jo Ruth and Ed McNamara. She lived on Kohn Street, attended St. Francis School (Norristown, PA) and graduated from Bishop Kenrick High School (Norristown, PA), class of 1962. She was a member of St. Joseph Catholic Church in Ponchatoula, LA, St Anselm Catholic Church in Madisonville, LA and St. Ann Catholic Church in Phoenixville, PA. Fondly known to many as “Noel” or “Abby” she was the life of the party! She was Irish through and through, always fighting for what she believed in and always ready with her “buck” for a good game!! She fulfilled her lifelong dream to visit Ireland not once, but twice. Her favorite places in Ireland were County Clare and the Cliffs of Moher. She often said you only need three things in life: A wish bone, a backbone and a funny bone! Her Smiling Irish Eyes and Irish wit will be sadly missed by her many friends and family both near and far. She is survived by her loving husband of 51 years, Andrew Dzuryachko lll; her two sisters, Karen Ganley of King of Prussia, PA, and Gail Binns, of Parkesburg, PA; 3 daughters, Paula Echeverry (Sam Echeverry) of Dallas, TX, Jill Kelly (Jim Kelly) of Baton Rouge, LA and Brenda Quintana (Jorge Quintana) of Kenner, LA; five grandchildren whom she loved dearly, Jesse Echeverry, Kenny Echeverry, Piper Kelly, Max Quintana and Lia Quintana; and many beloved cousins, nieces and nephews.
