Carol A. Manser

Carol A. (Carson) Manser passed away peacefully on Thursday, September 21, 2017 at Brandywine Senior Suites in E. Norriton, PA. She was 73. Mrs. Manser was a resident of King of Prussia, PA. She earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Secondary Education from Penn State and a Master’s Degree in English from Villanova. Carol taught English for 25 years for the Upper Merion Area School District. Her life focus was on her career and her family. Born in Philipsburg, PA on June 9, 1944, she was a daughter of the late Woodrow W. and Mariel (Fowler) Carson. Surviving is her loving family including her husband of 48 years, Richard L. Manser; 2 sons, Jonathan Manser, his husband, Gregory Dickinson, and their daughter, Madeline of Blue Bell, PA; Christopher Manser and his wife, Abby, of Huntingdon Valley, PA and their two children, Brady and Eden; a sister, Ruth Webster of Philipsburg, PA; and 2 nephews. The family will receive relatives and friends from 6 to 8:00 pm, on Thursday, September 28, 2017 at The Bacchi Funeral Home and Crematory, Ltd., 805 DeKalb St. (Rt. 202), Bridgeport, PA. Interment will be private.
