Carol L. (Vagnoni) Straface

Carol L. (Vagnoni) Straface passed away peacefully on Sunday, March 18, 2012, surrounded by her loving family at her residence in Limerick, PA. She was 73. Mrs. Straface was previously a resident of King of Prussia, PA. She was a hairdresser who owned and operated Personal Image on Beidler Road in King of Prussia from 1980 to 1994. Carol was a member of Mother of Divine Providence Church in King of Prussia, PA. She loved bowling, playing golf and gardening. Born in Bryn Mawr, PA on January 28, 1939, she was a daughter of the late William and Helen (McDonald) Vagnoni. Surviving is her loving family including her husband of 52 years, Salvatore Straface; three sons: Salvatore "Sam" Straface, Jr. and his wife, Linda, of Limerick, PA, Mark Straface and his wife, Patty, of Gilbertsville, PA and William "Bill" Straface and his wife, Cindy, of Kimberton, PA; a daughter, Pam S. Bale and her husband, Scott, of Limerick, PA; nine grandchildren: Dana, Samantha, Brandon, Eric, Brian, Briley, Julianna, Matthew and Nicky; three great-grandchildren: Summer, Hunter and Christen; a brother, William Vagnoni and his wife, Mary Ann of Havertown, PA; two sisters, Dorothy Claudy of Phoenixville, PA and Louise Heffernan and her husband, Fran, of Linfield, PA; and many nephews and nieces. She was preceded in death by a sister.Carol's Funeral Mass will be celebrated at Mother of Divine Providence Church, 333 Allendale Rd., King of Prussia, PA 19406 on Thursday, March 22, 2012 at 11:00am. The family will receive relatives and friends on Thursday morning from 9 to 10:50am, at the church.
