Caroline S. Benedetto

Caroline S. (Pendrak) Benedetto passed away peacefully on Friday, June 22, 2018 at Parkhouse Nursing & Rehab in Royersford, PA. She was 80. Caroline was a resident of Audubon, PA and she worked as a typist for an insurance company. She enjoyed all crafts, especially painting. Caroline was a member of St. Teresa of Avila Church in Audubon. Born in Philadelphia, PA on August 30, 1937, she was a daughter of the late Casimir and Emilia (Wieczerzak) Pendrak. Surviving is her loving family including her husband of 56 years, Benjamin E. Benedetto; a son Brian A. Benedetto of Phoenixville, PA; two grandsons, Dylan and Cody; a brother, Charles Pendrak and his wife, Elaine, of E. Norriton, PA; a sister, Barbara Brown and her husband, Don, of Schwenksville, PA; and many other loving family members. Caroline’s Funeral Mass will be celebrated at St. Teresa of Avila Church, 1260 S. Trooper Rd., Norristown, PA 19403 on Thursday, June 28, 2018 at 10:00 am. The family will receive relatives and friends from 8:45 to 9:45 am, at the church. Interment will be private. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in Caroline’s memory to the Alzheimer’s Association at ALZ.org. Arrangements are by The Bacchi Funeral Home & Crematory, Ltd., Bridgeport, PA.
