Catherine 'Cass' A. Gephart

Gephart Catherine A. (Cass) (nee Carroll), 78, of Mayfair, peacefully on October 14, 2017. Catherine was born in Philadelphia, PA on May 18, 1939, the daughter of the late Marie T. (Sheehan) and John J. Carroll. She was the widow of Richard ‘Hap’ Gephart. Cass is also predeceased by her brother John Carroll. She was a longtime member of St. Matthew Church Philadelphia, PA 19149. Cass is survived by her loving children Marie (Gerald), Debra (Mitchell), and Richard (Angie). Cass is also survived by 7 grandchildren; Christopher, Timmy, Amanda, Nick, Tyler, Mitchell, and Justin, And 1 great grandson Carson, and two brothers Ed Carroll and Raymond Carroll. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews. Relatives and Friends are invited to her viewing from 9 to 10:20 AM and to her Funeral Mass at 10:30 AM both on Wednesday, October 18, 2017 at St. Matthew Church 3000 Cottman Ave. in Philadelphia, PA 19149. Her Interment will be at Hillside Cemetery Roslyn, PA. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to American Cancer Center Society 1626 Locust St. Philadelphia, PA 19103.
