Catherine V. Kelly

Catherine V.  (Nee Larkin) Kelly 'Mom-Mom The Great' May 18, 2012   at age 93. Mrs. Kelly was born in Phila., PA on May 21, 1918, the daughter of the late Michael  and Johanna (Murphy) Larkin.  Beloved wife of the late Gerald V. Sr.  formerly of Tacony.  Catherine was a longtime member of St. Leo The Great Church.   Loving Mother of Gerald V. Jr. (the Late Mary Lynn), Sister M. Catherine Gerald, SSJ, George (Kathy), Joanne Raszewski (Stan), Michael (Suzanne), Robert (Helen), Margaret Stabeno (Chuck), Rita Fitzgerald (Rusty) and Joseph (Joyce). She is the devoted Grandmother of 38 Grandchildren and 23 Great Grandchildren.  Dear sister of Rita D'Aquino (Joseph), James Larkin (Barbara), Frank Larkin (Joanie), Helen Kelly (James) and the late Jack, Margaret, Anna, Mary, Alice and Joseph.  Sister-in-Law of Mary Larkin and Frances Kelly. Also survived by many nieces and nephews. Relatives and Friends are invited to her viewing Wednesday 4:30-7:15 PM and Funeral Mass 7:30 PM at St. Matthew Church 3000 Cottman Ave. Philadelphia, PA 19149. Visitation Thursday 9:30-10:30 AM  at the Walter J. Meyers Funeral Home 6645 Torresdale Ave. (at Unruh Ave.)  Interment Thursday at Holy Sepulchre Cem.   In lieu of flowers, donations in her memory to St Joseph's Villa-Flourtown 110 W Wissahickon Ave.  Flourtown, PA 19031 appreciated.
