Catherine M. Mueller

Catherine M. Mueller passed away peacefully on Friday, January 7, 2011 at St. Martha Manor in Downingtown, PA. She was 77. Ms. Mueller was a resident of King of Prussia, PA. She worked for 35 years in the Aerospace division of the former General Electric Co. in Valley Forge and Philadelphia, the majority of the time in the Benefits department. In 1990, Cathy joined the Secular Discalced Carmelites and served for several years in that period as president. She very much enjoyed the community activities and her work for the Carmelites. She was also a member of Mother of Divine Providence Church in King of Prussia, PA. Born in Upper Darby, PA on January 16, 1933, she was a daughter of the late Harry B. and Mary E. (Ellis) Mueller. She is survived by many cousins, nieces and nephews. Cathy also leaves many, many good friends in the King of Prussia and greater Philadelphia area.Relatives & friends are invited to her Funeral Mass at Mother of Divine Providence Church, 333 Allendale Rd., King of Prussia, PA 19406 on Thursday, January 13, 2011 at 10:00am. Officiating will be the Rev. Martin T. Cioppi, Pastor. Catherine's viewing will be Thursday morning from 9 to 9:50am, at the church. Interment in St. Augustine Cemetery, King of Prussia, PA.In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in Catherine's memory in the form of Mass Cards and/or to the School for Special Children, 1145 Delsea Dr., Westville Grove, NJ 08093.
