Catherine L. Spittle

Catherine L. (Albright) Spittle passed away peacefully on Sunday, January 25, 2015 at Parkhouse Providence Pointe in Royersford, PA. She was 87. Mrs. Spittle was a former resident of King of Prussia, PA. She worked as an administrative assistant for Geno's Hamburgers. Catherine was a member of Mother of Divine Providence Church in King of Prussia, PA. Born in Williamstown, PA on August 17, 1927, she was a daughter of the late James and Agnes (McHugh) Albright. She was the wife of the late John D. Spittle, Sr., who died in 1996. Surviving is her loving family including two sons, John D. Spittle, Jr. and Rick & Cindy Spittle; a daughter, Eileen & Bill Ciaccio; three grandchildren: Leslie Kerns, John Spittle, III and Jeremy Spittle; two great-grandchildren, Jack and Benjamin Kerns; a sister, Barbara Hoover; and many other loving family members. She was preceded in death by three sisters: Elizabeth Host, Marguerite Agatone and Rosemarie Flynn. Relatives & friends are invited to Catherine's Funeral Mass at St. Patrick Church, 714 Dekalb St., Norristown, PA on Monday, February 2, 2015 at 10:30 am. Her viewing is Monday from 9:30 to 10:20 am, at the church.
