Cecelia C. Petrecz

Cecelia C. (Maffei) Petrecz passed away peacefully on Thursday, April 3, 2025 at Paoli Hospital in Paoli, Pa. She was 91. Cecelia was a resident of King of Prussia, PA and a member of Mother of Divine Providence Church in King of Prussia, PA. She enjoyed going to flea markets with her husband, Michael and loved her grandchildren dearly.

Born in Philadelphia, PA on August 19, 1933, she’s the daughter of the late Anthony and Sarah (Smith) Maffei. Cecelia is the wife of the late Michael F. Petrecz who died in 2010.

Surviving is her loving family including 2 daughters, Kathleen Iuliano (Thomas) and Donna Cappelli (Joseph); 4 grandchildren: Briana Cappelli, Thomas Iuliano (Kerri), Christopher Iuliano (Melanie) and Michael Iuliano (Alisha); 5 great-grandchildren: Tommy, Amanda, Michael, Nicholas and Mia; and many other loving family members and friends.

She is preceded in death by a sister, Doris Dean.

Funeral services will be private at the request of the family.
