Charles M. Boyle

Charles M. Boyle, Jr., 87, died peacefully April 24, 2012 at Elm Terrace Gardens in Lansdale. Born in Philadelphia, PA on April 10, 1925, he was the only child of Charles and Catherine (Brady) Boyle. Mr. Boyle was a World War II Army veteran, graduated from LaSalle College in 1948, and worked in sales his entire career. He was a friend of Bill W. for 35 years. He was a long time resident of Audubon, PA and a parishioner of Visitation BVM Church in Norristown.  Charles loving wife for 50 years, Helen (Pippett) Boyle, passed away on March 2, 2012.  He is survived by his son  Jeffrey Vecere (Nancy), his two daughters Colleen Menz (Bruce) and Patricia McClain (Warren), and ten grandchildren. He was predeceased by his son Thomas Vecere.  A visitation will take place from 9 to 9:50 AM and a Funeral Mass will be celebrated at 10 AM on Friday, May 4, 2012 at Visitation BVM Church at 196 N Trooper Rd., Trooper, PA 19403. Burial will be at Holy Cross Cemetery, Yeadon, PA. In lieu of flowers, Memorial contributions may be made to LaSalle College High School Scholarship Fund, 8605 Cheltenham Avenue, Wyndmoor, PA 19038.  Condolences www.MeyersFH.com.
