Charles Alfred Campbell, Jr.

Charles Alfred Campbell Jr, (Pickles), age 79, of Eagleville passed away peacefully at home on Thursday May 12, 2016. Born in Norristown on February 28, 1937 he was the son of the late Charles A. and Helen V. (Burke) Campbell Sr.       Charlie was a veteran of the U.S. Marine Corps. Prior to retiring, he worked at Stroehmann Bakery of Conshohocken and Wonder Bread Bakery. He is survived by his wife of 59 years, Marlene Olive (Wismer) Campbell as well as his sister Helen and her husband David Pool of Douglassville.  In addition, he is survived by 2 daughters, Charlene (Campbell) Foresman, partner of Sam Rakowiecki, Cynthia (Campbell) McGough; 3 sons, Charles Campbell III, partner of Kathy Jackson, George Campbell, Steven Campbell; 6 grandchildren and 5 great grandchildren. Relatives and friends are invited to his viewing between 10:00-11:00 am Wednesday May 18, 2016 with funeral services to follow at 11:00 am at Szpindor-Meyers Funeral Home, 101 North Park Avenue, Trooper PA.
