Charles W. Cannon, Jr., 86, of Worcester, PA, passed away peacefully at his residence while in the company of his family on Saturday, July 18th, 2020. Charles was born in Philadelphia, PA on February 25, 1934. He was predeceased from his loving wife Antoinette (Kennedy) Cannon; his devoted parents, Henrietta (Quinn) and Charles W. Cannon, Sr.; his only sibling, Arlene (Cannon) Quinn as well as his oldest daughter, Miriam. He served in the U.S. Army as a Specialist. By trade, he worked as a Steamfitter until his retirement at age 62. He was a member of Local #420 for 67 years. He was also a member of the Ancient Order of Hibernians (AOH) and did volunteer work. He was a member of St. Rose of Lima parish in North Wales, PA. Charles was happily married for 53 years to his late wife, Antoinette and they enjoyed Irish Step Dancing. He loved taking care of his property in retirement and was an avid history buff. He is survived by his children Charles W. III, Kevin P. and his wife Jennifer, Michelle and her husband David and Minette. Public Visitation will be held from 10 to 11 A.M. on Friday July 24th followed by a Funeral Mass at 11 A.M. at St. Rose of Lima Roman Catholic Church, 428 S. Main St., North Wales, PA. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Ancient Order of Hibernians (AOH): PO Box 539, West Caldwell, NJ 07007 His Interment will be at Holy Sepulchre Cemetery, PA.
