Charles C. Maga, Sr. passed away suddenly on Wednesday, July 29, 2009 at his residence in Bridgeport, PA. He was 82. Charles worked as a crane operator for the former Alan Wood Steel Co.Born in Nanticoke, PA on January 3, 1927, he was a son of the late Clement C. and Evia (Sarafinski) Maga. He is survived by his wife, Bernadine A. (Yaskoweak) Maga; three sons, Walter, David and James Maga; 6 grandchildren; and 7 great-grandchildren. He was preceded in death by a son, Charles C. Maga, Jr.Funeral services and interment will be private at the request of the family.
