He was a resident of Plymouth Meeting,PA and was a self employed Physician. Charles was a US Army Veteran serving as captain. Born in Philadelphia, PA on December 21, 1930, he was the son of the late Emma Ruth (High)and Charles K. Mervine, Jr. Charles was the husband of Kaye F.
