Charles R. Otto  Charles R. Otto, 87, of  Norristown, PA passed away Wednesday, December 4th, peacefully, at Einstein Medical Center Montgomery, E. Norriton.  Charles was born in McDowell, VA on November 5, 1926, a son of the late Rose Michael and Stanley  Otto. He served in the U.S. Navy.  He worked as a Custodian at Methacton School Sistrict
