Charles P. Valerio

Charles P. Valerio passed away on Friday, October 8, 2021, at Kindred Hospital in Havertown, PA. He was 73. Mr. Valerio resided in Trooper, PA. He was a graduate of the former Bridgeport High School and a member of the former Our Lady of Mount Carmel Church in Bridgeport, PA. Charles worked for Balgo Busing, where he enjoyed driving special needs children to and from school. In his younger days, Charles loved riding motorcycles, but his favorite thing was helping people. Born in Norristown, PA on April 11, 1948, he was a son of the late Charles and the late Dorothy R. (Heins) Valerio; and the husband of the late Donna Lee (Saville) Valerio. Surviving is his loving family including a daughter, Sierra C.M. Valerio of Denver, Co; a sister, Maryann Helsel and her husband, William of Bridgeport, PA; and two nephews, William Jr. and Chris. The family will receive relatives and friends at the Bacchi Funeral Home & Crematory, Ltd., 805 DeKalb Street, Bridgeport, PA on Saturday, October 16, 2021 from 9 to 10:50 am; with his Funeral Service starting at 11:00 am.
