Claire H Revels

Claire (Stemporosky) Revels , died on Friday, March 30, 2012 at her Lansdale residence.  She was born in Conshohocken on January 7,1932.  She was the wife of the late Charles Revels.  She was 80 years of age. She was a real sport enthusiast,  especially when it came to the  Philadelphia Phillies and the Philadelphia Eagles and she was involved with  teaching  of the Alter Servers at Visitation BVM Catholic Church.  She is survived by two children, Susan Heck of Royersford and Charles" chuck" Revels Jr. of North Wales; a brother, Edward and his wife from Norristown. She is also survived by four nieces and nephews, six great-nieces and nephews. Family and friends are invited to attend a viewing from 7 to 9 p.m. Monday and from 8:30 to 9:30 a.m. Tuesday at the Szpindor-Meyers Funeral Home, PC, 101 N. Park Ave. (Rt. 363), Trooper, PA.  A Mass of Christian Burial will follow at 10 a.m. Tuesday, April 3rd at Visitation BVM Church, 196 N. Trooper Rd., Trooper, PA.  Interment in Valley Forge Memorial Gardens. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in Claire's memory to the American Diabetes Association, 150 Monument Rd., Suite 100, Bala Cynwyd, PA 19004. Viewing: Monday April 2 from 7-PM  and Tuesday April 3 from 8:30 to 9:30 am Funeral Mass: 10 am Tuesday at Visitation BVM Church Interment in Valley Forge Cemetery
