Clara A. "Claire" Bria

Clara A. “Claire” (Harmonay) Bria passed away peacefully on Tuesday, August 29, 2017 at her residence in King of Prussia, PA. She was 89. Mrs. Bria was an active member of Mother of Divine Providence Church in King of Prussia, where she was a member of their RCIA, the prayer shawl ministry and she babysat for the Woman’s Walk. Claire was faith filled, enjoyed spending time with her family, and had a great love of children. Born in Stamford, CT on October 4, 1927, she was a daughter of the late Andrew B. and Mary S. (Dora) Harmonay. Surviving is her loving family including 2 sons, Kevin F. Bria and his wife, Penny Lengyel, of Bridgeport, CT and John R. Bria and his wife, Patricia, of Milford, CT; 2 daughters, Barbara Ann Scinto and her husband, Robert, of Fairfield, CT and Maureen B. Maskarinec and her husband, Gregory, of King of Prussia, PA; 11 grandchildren; and 20 great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by a sister, Marie Gazso. Relatives & friends are invited to Claire’s Funeral Mass at Mother of Divine Providence Church, 333 Allendale Rd., King of Prussia, PA on Saturday, September 2, 2017 at 11:00 am. Her viewing is Saturday morning from 9 to 10:45 am, at the church. Entombment will be in St. Augustine Cemetery, King of Prussia. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in Claire’s memory to Mother of Divine Providence Church, 333 Allendale Rd., King of Prussia, PA 19406.
