Cynthia A. (Epps) Lobb passed away peacefully, surrounded by loved ones close by and those in her heart on Saturday, January 10, 2026, at her daughter’s home in Phoenixville, PA. She was 90 years old. This amazing lady was born on April 24, 1935, in Ardmore, PA to the late Elliott G. and Clara H. (Stuart) Epps. Growing up in Ardmore, Cinnie was an excellent student and athlete at Lower Merion High School. Cinnie gave her life to the Lord at her confirmation when she was twelve years old. Her unwavering faith was her foundation and the source of her strength. In her late teens she was “hanging out” with her brothers’ dear friend Rich. Friendship quickly turned to love, (although she shared many times how she fell in love when she was just seven years old!), and she shared a long and loving marriage with her dear “Lobby” the late Richard G. Lobb. She is now reunited with her darling son, Steve (Deb) who passed away in 2017. He has been dearly missed.
Cinnie worked as a supervisor for National Liberty Corporation. She was a member of Calvary Fellowship Church (Christ First) for many years and loved her Ventures group, serving her church community and making Christmas boxes for children in need. She volunteered for many years at the Phoenixville Senior center and made many lasting friendships there. However, nothing brought her more joy than surrounding herself with her large extended family and being in the kitchen. Feeding people was most definitely her love language!
She is survived by her loving family including 6 children: Pattie (Bob) McAleer, Diane (Chuck) Ritter, Sandi (JT) Tronoski, Joanne (Dutch) Reuschel, Danny (Janie) Lobb and Michelle (Brian) Horoho; 25 grandchildren; 31 great-grandchildren, with many more to come; and many dearly loved nieces and nephews, other family members and friends.
She is preceded in death by her brothers, Jimmy, Teddy, Bill (Cil), Gordon (Peggy), and Tommy Epps and her sisters, Mary Baker (Felton), Ruthie (Rich) Richardson, Sally (Chuck) Kotulka, Marty (Jack) Fitzpatrick, and BJ Peterman. She leaves behind her dear Sisters-in-law Miriam (Teddy) and Carolyn (Tommy) and brother-in-law Kirk (BJ).
Cynthia’s family will receive relatives and friends at The Providence Church, 430 Hannum Ave., West Chester, PA on Saturday, January 17, 2026, from 10:00 to 10:45am. with her service starting at 11:00 am. Interment will be private.
