Dale Kevin Crooks passed away on Wednesday, January 11, 2017 at St. Luke's Hospital in Bethlehem, PA. He was 58. Dale was a resident of Quakertown and was formerly of King of Prussia. He worked as an accountant for various health care facilities. Born in Dallas, TX on March 5, 1958, he was a son of the late Robert E. and Eunice Naomi (Morris) Crooks. Surviving are his wife, Rita (Lewocz) Crooks; a brother, Robert M. Crooks and his wife, AnneLouise; and many other loving family members. Funeral services and interment will be private.
