Daniela Jastrzebski

Daniela Jastrzebski of Aston, PA passed away on October 1, 2014 at the age of 90. She was born in Butmer, Poland to Teodor and Teodoria (Krawczyk) Demczyk. She was the widow of Anthony Jastrzebski.           Daniela was forcibly taken away from her family in Poland at the age of 16 during WW II. She was forced to work on a German farm for the duration of the war. At the end of the war she was unable to return to her home due to closed borders. She married Anthony and remained in Germany until emigrating to the U.S.           She is survived by sons Bogdan (Theresa) and Stanley Jastrzebski of Aston, PA; daughter Jean Bergo of Woodbridge, VA; grandchildren Adam (Carol), John, and Karl (Apryl) Jastrzebski, Justin (Chen) Bergo, Ashley Bergo; great grandchild Tyler Bergo.           Funeral arrangements were made by Szpindor-Meyers Funeral Home of Trooper, PA.           Funeral Mass will be held 10:30 a.m. on October 8, 2014 at Saint Hedwig Catholic Church in Chester, PA.  Viewing from 9:15-10:15 a.m. in the church.           Burial will take place after the funeral mass at Our Lady of Czestochowa cemetery in Doylestown, PA.  A viewing will be held on Wednesday, October 8th from 9:15 - 10:15 AM. at St. Hedwig located at 4th and Hayes in Chester, PA. Followed by a Funeral mass at 10:30 AM. Interment will follow at Our Lady of Czestochowa Doylestown, PA.
