David Alan Diehl

David Alan Diehl passed away suddenly on Monday, October 16, 2017, at his residence in the King Manor section of King of Prussia, PA. He was 58. Dave worked as a contractor for Shultz Enterprises in King of Prussia. He enjoyed all kinds of music, especially Rock and Roll. He loved deep sea fishing in Mexico, but loved fishing in any fishing hole he could find. He was a Pittsburgh Steelers fan, but his biggest love was for his dog, Ledzee (short for his favorite band, Led Zeppelin). Born in Boulsburg, PA on March 31, 1959, he was the biological son of Martha Diehl but was raised by Ceale Diehl, and the late Gerald Diehl. Surviving is his wife of 15 years, Susan (Haldeman) Diehl; a son, David Alan Diehl, Jr. and his girlfriend, MacKenzie, of West Chester, PA; a brother, Roger Diehl and sister-in-law, Doreen of Boalsburg, PA; a step-brother, Jerry Borger and his wife, Teri, of Virginia; a step-sister, Vicki Bright and her husband, John of Florida; a step-son, Christopher Smith and his wife, Desiree, of Yardley, PA; 2 granddaughters, Madeline and Olivia Smith; and numerous nephews and nieces. Funeral services and interment will be private at the request of the family. Arrangements are by The Bacchi Funeral Home & Crematory, Ltd., Bridgeport, PA.
