David A. Harris, Sr.

David A. Harris Sr. passed away suddenly on Sunday, July 2, 2017 at his residence in Limerick, PA. He was 66. Mr. Harris worked as a director for the former Philadelphia Electric Co. He was a member of the Lenape Archery Club and the NRA. David enjoyed deer hunting, fishing, and spending time with his family, especially his grandchildren. Born in Philadelphia, PA on October 3, 1950, he was a son of Eleanor (Freas) Boyle and his step-father, the late Thomas Boyle. He was the husband of the late Susan (Donnelly) Harris, who died in 2015. Surviving is his loving family including a son, David A. Harris, Jr. and his wife, Ashley, of Colorado Springs, CO; two daughters, Wendy Romano and her husband, Robert, of Norristown, PA and Victoria Custer and her husband, Charles, of Collegeville, PA; six grandchildren: William, Delaney, Scott, Haley, Kristina and Madison; a sister, Patricia Quinn and her husband, John, of Conshohocken, PA; and many other loving family members. David’s Funeral Service will be celebrated at The Bacchi Funeral Home & Crematory, Ltd., 805 DeKalb St. (Rt. 202), Bridgeport, PA on Friday, July 7, 2017 at 3:00 pm. Relatives and friends may call on Friday from 2 to 3:00 pm. Interment will be private. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Montgomery County MH/MR Programs, Montgomery County Courthouse, P.O.
