David J. Mash

David J. Mash passed away peacefully with his wife by his side on Saturday, January 16, 2021, at Chester County Hospital in West Chester, PA. He was 67. Mr. Mash was a resident of Norristown, PA. He was the owner/operator of Mash Ceramic Installations for over 40 years. David was a member of Visitation BVM Church in Trooper, PA. In his younger years, Dave was an avid softball player. He was humble and respectful with a sarcastic sense of humor. David loved his family, especially his children, and family was the most important thing to him. Born in Norristown, PA on July 16, 1953, he was a son of Patricia (Costello) Mash and the late Anthony Mash. Surviving is his loving family including his mother; his wife of 21 years, Margaret J. (Lindsey) Mash; two daughters, Sarah Mash and Ashley Amorosi and her husband, Joe; a sister, Joanne M. Bailey and her husband, William; three nephews: Chris, Michael and Derek; and a niece, Stacy. He was preceded in death by son, David J. Mash Jr.; brother, Michael A. Mash; and nephew, William A. Bailey. Relatives & friends are invited to David’s viewing at St. Jude Church & Shrine, 321 W. Butler Avenue, Chalfont, PA on Saturday, January 23, 2021 from 10 to 11:15 am; followed by his Funeral Mass at 11:30 am, which will be live-streamed through the church’s website, https://stjudechalfont.org/.
