David Clark Shute

David Clark Shute passed away peacefully on Monday, May 26, 2014 at his residence in Sellersville, PA. He was 73. Mr. Shute grew up in Swarthmore, PA. He attended Severn Preparatory School, US Naval Academy, Villanova University and Cabrini College. David worked as a mathematics and physics teacher for various schools, including the Clark County School District and Valley Forge Military Academy & College. Mr. Shute was a US Navy veteran of the Vietnam Era, serving from 1963 to 1969. Born in Bremerton, WA on April 1, 1941, he was a son of the late Corben Clark Shute and Margaret (Clifton) Shute. Surviving is his loving family including his wife of 18 years, Beth A. (Bradley) Shute; a son, Andrew Clark Shute of Costa Rico; a daughter, Sara Jane Shute of Oregon; and four grandchildren.
