Dawn Lynn Nazworth , 47, of Tacony, passed away on Wednesday, May 27th, 2009 suddenly at Aria Health - Frankford Campus.  Mrs. Nazworth was born in Phila., PA on February 19, 1962, the daughter of  Diane Rhoades.  She was formerly employed as an Insurance Administrator at Crown Cork & Seal in Phila, PA., She was the beloved wife of Kenneth Nazworth.  Loving mother of Crystal, Stephanie, and Frank. Dear sister of Ronard Van Sant Jr., Ralph Van Sant, Joseph Rhoades and Cheryl Curcio Relatives and Friends are invited to her viewing Tuesday 10-11 AM. at the Walter J.
