Delores Marie (Burroughs) Palmer passed away peacefully on Tuesday, June 30, 2009, surrounded by her loving family at her residence in Levittown, PA. She was 77.Born in Philadelphia, PA on August 20, 1931, she was a daughter of George and Minerva (Beckershoff) Burroughs. She was the wife of the late James W. Palmer, Sr.Funeral services and interment will be private at the request of the family.
