Denise M. Coshin

Denise M. (Ottaviano) Coshin passed away peacefully on Friday, February 13, 2015, surrounded by her loving family at Abington Memorial Hospital in Abington, PA. She was 51. Mrs. Coshin was a resident of Lansdale, PA. She graduated from Sacred Heart School of Nursing and worked as a nurse for 25 years at the former Sacred Heart Hospital and then at Abington Hospital. Denise was a member of St. Stanislaus Church in Lansdale, PA, where she did volunteer work with young children, and food distribution with Manna. Her favorite thing was watching her son play ball.Born in Norristown, PA on September 12, 1963, she was a daughter of the late John V. "Jack" and Marie H. (Tornetta) Ottaviano. Surviving is her loving family including her husband, Gerald D. Coshin, Jr.; a son, Gerald D. Coshin, III of Lansdale, PA; a brother, John M. Ottaviano of Florida; 3 nephews: Jarrett Benedict, Beau Coshin and Blake Coshin; a niece, Bere Coshin; an aunt, Judy (Tornetta) Wells; and many other loving family members. Denise's Prayer Service will be held at The Bacchi Funeral Home and Crematory, Ltd., 805 DeKalb St. (Rt. 202), Bridgeport, PA on Thursday, February 19, 2015 at 11:00 am. The family will receive relatives and friends on Thursday from 9 to 10:50 am, at the funeral home.
