Dennis L. "Riz" Rizzo

Dennis L. Rizzo (always referred to as Riz) passed away peacefully on June 7, 2024 at Bryn Mawr Hospital with his loving wife and children by his side. He was 71 years old. Riz was a resident of King of Prussia, PA and a member of Mother of Divine Providence Church. He graduated from Villanova University and then spent 40 years as an Electrical Engineer for various companies. Riz volunteered with many organizations, including Upper Merion Fire Police, Lafayette Ambulance, Habitat for Humanity Re-Store, Team Children, and the Elmwood Park Zoo.

Born in Queens, NY on November 23, 1952, he was the son of the late Rocco and Joanne (nee Tibando) Rizzo.

Surviving is his family including his beloved wife of 46 years, Diana (nee Ayella) Rizzo; his son, Mark Rizzo (Alexandria Matthie); his daughter, Laura Rizzo; grandson, Benjamin Rizzo; sister, Debra Rizzo; his sister- and brother-in-law Linda and Michael Semes; as well as his 4 nieces and many other loving relatives.

The family will receive relatives and friends at Mother of Divine Providence Church, 333 Allendale Rd. King of Prussia, PA 19406 on Saturday, June 15, 2024 from 9 to 10:20am; followed by his Funeral Mass at 10:30am. Interment will be private.
